#2 Two routes I've seen: a corporate cabin crew course from a recognised provider (they teach the silver service and safety differences), then networking through operators and crewing agencies; or a direct application to a VIP operator in the Gulf or Europe that recruits from the big carriers. Premium cabin experience at QR is exactly the profile. Pay is often day-rate freelance to start, then permanent with an operator. The lifestyle is unpredictable, on-call weeks, but the money and the aircraft are something else.
