#2 The same four everywhere: sickness patterns (especially adjacent to days off), lateness, uniform and grooming failures, and failing checks. Probation runs 3-6 months with reduced dismissal protection, at unionised carriers the union protection generally starts after it. Be boringly reliable: early to every report, groomed to standard, no Mondays off sick, and ask questions rather than guess on procedures.
