#2 Report 05:15, briefing, aircraft 05:45, first sector 06:30. Twenty five minute turnarounds so you clean, count, board, sell, land, repeat. You eat in the galley between sales rounds or in the twenty five minutes if the aircraft is early. Back at base around 14:30, paperwork, home by 15:30. Then two more days like it, then a late block. It is fast, it is physical, and by month three your body just does it.

#3 easyJet is basically the same rhythm with slightly longer turnarounds. Eating in the galley standing up is the whole job.
