Ryanair crew in Italy and Spain, the agency contract experience honestly

#1 Question for the Ryanair people in Spain. I have read a lot about the agency contracts, that the course is paid for, that the base salary is low. Can someone currently at a Spanish base say what it is really like? I am between Ryanair and Vueling to start.

#2 I am at Vueling but I have friends at Ryanair Valencia. Agency contract at the start, course deducted during the first year, low base salary but with summer sectors it ends up similar to ours. The good: the fixed pattern of days. The bad: winter. If you can get a direct contract, better, ask at the assessment which contract they are offering for that base.
