Hotel operations after LATAM, the honest good and bad
-
#1 Eight years flying, now three in hotel operations in São Paulo. Good: I sleep in one time zone, I see my family, the guest service skills transferred completely, and I moved up fast because crew are used to standards. Bad: the pay took a year to catch up, the office politics are real, and I miss the crew room every single week. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I have left a year earlier when I was burned out? No, I am glad I waited until I was leaving toward something.
