Fatigue report actually changed our pairing, a small success story

#1 Sharing because people think reports go nowhere. A pairing at our base had a late finish followed by an early report with hotel transport eating the rest. Seven of us filed fatigue reports over two months, factually, same format. The pairing was rebuilt with a later report. Nobody was disciplined, nobody was even called in. The system works when the reports are factual, consistent and numerous. File them.
