#1 Senior crew and the base's unofficial swap referee. Rules that keep the peace: ask in the group with the exact duties both ways, not 'anyone want to swap Tuesday'. Reply to every request even if it is no. Don't ask the same person three times. And accept that nobody will ever take your Christmas Eve early, so plan that one with leave, not swaps. The people who get swaps easily are the ones who accept the bad ones sometimes.
