#1 Every base has one. The rules nobody writes down:
1. Swap requests get a reply, even if it's no.
2. No roster screenshots with other people's names.
3. Layover restaurant tips are gold; layover drama is not.
4. Mute it on days off. Actually mute it.
5. The person who answers the 05:00 "anyone near the airport?" call is a hero and gets a coffee. -
#2 Rule 4 is the one that saves marriages.
