Etihad training washout, what happened to the people who did not make it

#1 Nervous about training. Does anyone know what actually happened to people who did not pass at Etihad? Are they sent home immediately?

#2 On my course two people did not make it, one for repeated exam failures and one for attendance. Both were given a resit chance first. The airline arranged their flights home and the accommodation was covered until then. It is not cruel, it is just firm. Study the doors, be on time, you will be fine.
