Ethiopian Airlines and Kenya Airways, recruitment for Africa's big two

Collecting information for African candidates: Ethiopian recruits Ethiopian nationals primarily through its Aviation Academy in Addis Ababa with a long, well-regarded training programme and a huge network; Kenya Airways recruits Kenyan nationals in periodic rounds. Both are respected stepping stones to the Gulf, Ethiopian crew are common at Qatar and Emirates. Foreign nationals: generally not eligible except specific language rounds.
