#1 Reading conflicting things. Does Etihad provide crew housing like Emirates or is it an allowance now?

#2 Provided shared accommodation for new joiners with the option of an allowance later, similar to Emirates. Which buildings and the sharing arrangement have changed over the years, so ask HR for the current setup when you get the offer. Transport to the airport is provided either way.
