Korean Air and Asiana, requirements for foreign nationals and the grooming standard

From what I've seen at Korean carriers: foreign-national crew are hired for specific language routes (Chinese, Japanese, Southeast Asian languages) in periodic rounds, Korean language proficiency helps and is sometimes required, and the grooming standard is at the strict end, comparable to SIA. Interview process includes a group interview format and an English test. Anyone with direct recent experience, please add.
