Japanese carriers (ANA, JAL) for non-Japanese speakers, is it realistic?

Dream airlines for me but I don't speak Japanese. Do ANA or JAL hire non-Japanese speakers, and through which bases?

Both hire some foreign-national crew for specific bases and routes, historically through overseas bases (e.g. Bangkok, Singapore, London for certain fleets) and international recruitment rounds, with Japanese not always required for those. For the main Tokyo base, Japanese is expected. Watch the international careers pages; the postings are rare and specific about language.
