Norwegian and Jet2 seasonal contracts, how seasonal is seasonal?

#1 Norwegian Oslo here. Our contracts at leisure-heavy bases are strongly seasonal: 90+ hours in July, 50 in January, and some bases reduce crew for winter. Jet2 in the UK runs summer-heavy contracts with a fixed-term summer intake every year. If you're considering either, ask specifically about winter hours and whether the contract is year-round before you plan your rent around July money.
