LOT Polish Airlines vs Wizz Air for a Polish speaker, which first?

#1 I have Wizz offer in hand and a LOT assessment next month. For a Polish speaker starting out, which is the better first airline?

#2 Different jobs. LOT: legacy carrier, long-haul 787 to the US and Asia, Warsaw base, slower recruitment, more traditional roster. Wizz: fast, short-haul, sales-driven, faster promotion to senior. If you want long-haul and layovers, LOT; if you want to fly next month and build quick experience, Wizz. Both are respected later. I'd take the offer you have and keep LOT for the future, a year at Wizz doesn't close any doors.
