#1 Two years at Vueling, base Barcelona. Recruitment: online, assessment with group exercise and interview, Spanish required at a conversational level plus English. Pay: a fixed base above Ryanair's, sector pay lower, no meaningful commission, total comparable in summer, a little better in winter. Roster: short-haul, 5-6 days on, mostly turnarounds, some night-stops in the Canaries. Barcelona rent is the hard part; most junior crew share.
