#2 Pegasus: low-cost, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen base, mostly turnarounds and short layovers, faster recruitment, pay below THY but with sales commission. AJet: THY group's low-cost, growing fast, similar profile. SunExpress: Antalya/Izmir bases, very seasonal with strong summers. All three are quicker doors than THY and the experience transfers. Turkish is required at Pegasus and AJet for most roles.
