Riyadh Air 2026, assessment centre experience and what the new airline is like

#1 Attended a Riyadh Air assessment centre after the video interview. Structure: document and reach check, a group task about a service concept, a scenario role-play, an individual interview. Very professional, new brand, 787 fleet arriving. They emphasise the launch culture, being part of building something. Salary and housing details were given after the offer stage, so I can't share numbers yet. Anyone else through the process?

#2 A friend from Beirut joined the first cohorts. She says training is at a purpose-built academy and the package is competitive with the Gulf majors because they need to attract experienced crew. Ask about housing and the leave ticket specifically.
