Singapore Airlines training, how long, and is the service training as intense as they say?

#1 I've heard SIA training is months long and the service part is theatrical. What's the real length and focus?

#2 Around 4 months including safety, service, grooming and language modules. Safety is examined like everywhere; what's different is the depth of service training, wine, meal service choreography by cabin, the way you kneel and address passengers, grooming to the millimetre. It's demanding and it's why SIA crew are hired everywhere afterwards.
