A summer month with 85-95 hours lands well above the Warsaw average salary; a January with 55 hours lands noticeably lower. Uniform provided, medical insurance, staff travel on the network for a small fee. It's a good living in Poland; it's tight in Western European bases where the cost of living is higher but the pay scale isn't proportionally so, ask about the base-specific scale at the assessment.

#3 The "pay scale isn't proportional to the base's cost of living" point applies to a lot of low-cost carriers. Choose the base by the ratio, not by the city you like.
